Frequently Asked Questions - Customer Account

To view and print your order(s) invoice(s) please log in to your account.
Your account page (also available by pointing your browser to http://xado.com.au/user) contains control tabs at the top of the page right below the top banner.
"Orders" tab allows our customers to:
  • browse all past orders,
  • see order status
  • check order shipping details (if the order has been posted)
  • print order invoice.

 

 To update your billing and shipping address please go to http://xado.com.au/user
Enter your username (or email address) and your password, if you haven't login already.
Click "Addresses" tab at the top of your account page.
Edit your existing addresses stored in your profile or add new address as required.
