High-speed grease XADO “Protective-60K” is applied for new units or little worn bearing units. It has the ability to restore friction surfaces with wear degree up to 30%. XADO “Protective 60K” is stable to rotation speed up to 60,000 rpm. Apply thin layer (0.1 – 0.3 mm of thickness) of correspondent high-speed XADO grease onto working surfaces of the bearings. XADO “Protective-60K” is quite resistible to corrosion and hostile environment. It increases life span of the mechanisms while operating by 2,5 times. High-speed grease XADO “Protective-60K” restores microdamages on friction surfaces, improving their roughness and decreasing noise and vibration levels in the bearing units.
Note! It is inadmissible to mix greases “20K” and “60K”.
